Role summary
Veeva Systems is seeking an MLR expert to take ownership of review quality for their AI-powered Falcon MLR application in the US market. This role involves working directly with the founding team to rebuild the MLR review process using AI, ensuring reviewer agreement with AI findings, and operationalizing feedback loops. The ideal candidate will have deep MLR expertise, understand US regulatory rules (FDA/OPDP, PhRMA Code), and experience with AI automation and Veeva Vault PromoMats. This is a remote, full-time position within the Life Sciences industry, focusing on the Medical Legal Regulatory domain.
The Role
MLR review is one of the Life Science industry's biggest bottlenecks - and we're rebuilding it with AI.
Falcon MLR is Veeva's AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review. Our AI agents review promotional material the way expert reviewers do: against the actual rules of each market and the science behind the claims. We're looking for an MLR expert to take ownership of review quality across the US.
You have sat in the review meetings. You know the codes, the process, and their pain points. Now, help build the reviewer and shape the future of MLR for the entire Life Science industry. You'll work directly with Falcon MLR's founding team, and your judgment will ship into a product used globally by the top Pharmaceutical companies.
We work like a start-up inside Veeva. The team is small, you own your area end to end, and your decisions reach the product fast. It suits people who like to build and take ownership.
Jobs that combine deep MLR expertise with frontier AI barely exist. This is one.
