Role summary
Veronica Beard is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) for their seasonal store in Nantucket. This role involves delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and leading the sales floor. Responsibilities include direct client interaction, styling, building client relationships, mentoring Sales Associates, and supporting store operations such as opening/closing and serving as Manager-on-Duty. The position is hourly with commission eligibility and requires 1+ years of retail sales experience in a client-focused environment. Previous keyholder or leadership experience is preferred, as is experience in luxury or contemporary fashion.
SALES SUPERVISOR (KEYHOLDER)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) is an hourly, commission-eligible sales-floor leader who delivers exceptional client experiences while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will spend the majority of your time working directly with clients—styling, selling, building relationships, and creating the high-touch experience Veronica Beard is known for.
As a leader on the floor, you will set the pace, mentor Sales Associates, and help create an energized and collaborative selling environment. You will also support the Store Management team with opening and closing responsibilities and serve as Manager-on-Duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present.
In addition to your hourly base pay, you will earn up to 3% commission on individual sales, with the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on the store’s achievement of its sales goals. Commission is subject to the applicable commission plan.

The base hourly range for this role is between $20.00 and $21.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, which includes a comprehensive benefits program, uncapped bi-weekly sales commissions that reward both individual and team performance, a clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
