Role Description
The Program Manager will oversee and manage project operations, ensuring successful execution and adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, liaising with clients, and managing risks to maintain program deliverables. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering timely program updates to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA.
Qualifications
- Project management experience, including creating project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in risk management, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to emergency management and operational readiness
- Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in government contracting or working in high-stakes environments is a plus
