EVS Technician - Sumner Place

Our EVS Technicians are vital in providing quality life for our residents by taking pride in our facility and ensuring rooms, hallways, and all areas of Sumner Place are pristine and homelike.

Daily job duties include:

• Daily housekeeping in resident rooms and assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Using appropriate chemicals to clean and sanitize in resident rooms and assigned areas.
• Completing routine deep cleans in resident rooms.
• Folding delivering laundry.
• Cleaning spills and accidents that occur as needed.

Available Full Time Position:

• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with every other weekend requirement.

Qualified candidates will have passion for serving older adults and are looking to join a dynamic working environment! Our housekeepers stay active on their feet while lifting, pushing, stooping, and twisting to ensure rooms are being thoroughly cleaned.
