Role summary

VOSS Automotive, a global supplier to on-highway and off-road OEMs, is seeking a Project Manager for its North American Headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timing, and budget. Responsibilities include defining project scope, resource requirements, coordinating timing and budget, providing team direction, reporting to executive management, and interfacing with customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, 3 years of experience in automotive projects as a project lead, and strong MS Office Suite skills. This is an onsite, full-time position.

As a leading global supplier to on-highway and off-road OEMs, VOSS Automotive specializes in the design and manufacture of Diesel Exhaust Fluid Lines, Coolant Lines, Air Suspension Lines and Fittings, Fuel Lines, and Quick Connect Systems. We are seeking a driven, hands-on professional to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. Position: Project Manager
Location: Fort Wayne, IN – North American Headquarters This role will support the Project Management Department by performing the following duties: Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and leading of project teams.
  • Responsible for meeting project goals, timing, and budgets.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance.
  • Possess problem-resolution skills.
  • Manage international projects with headquarters.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from beginning to end.
  • Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and control project timing and budget.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Present and report project status and progress to Executive Management.
  • Interface with customers - build and grow business relationships.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Proactively manage change and potential issues and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 3 years' experience with automotive or automotive like projects as the project lead.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • The ability to organize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to react to changes promptly and efficiently.
