Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (core non-negotiable hours)
  • 20 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30 hours per week as needed

  • Screen-free environment for baby; personal phone use strictly limited to urgent matters, parent logistics, and downtime during naps
