Role summary
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a strategic, business-minded Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead technology strategy, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across multiple affiliated organizations. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Management Team, the CIO will align technology investments with business objectives, oversee enterprise IT operations, and drive innovation to support growth and efficiency. This in-office leadership role offers flexibility for remote work after onboarding.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 base salary + 15% annual incentive opportunity + phone allowance
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a strategic, business-minded Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead technology strategy, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across multiple affiliated organizations.
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Management Team, the CIO will align technology investments with business objectives, oversee enterprise IT operations, and drive innovation that supports organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap
- Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and vendor relationships
- Establish governance, accountability, and project prioritization processes
- Manage technology budgets and major technology investments
- Drive business process improvements, system integrations, and data initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology solutions with business goals
- Oversee implementation of cybersecurity priorities and risk management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- 5+ years of senior technology leadership experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation
- Experience with IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and vendor management
- Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
- Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-site service organization preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and industry certifications are a plus
Work Location Owings Mills, MD. This is an in-office leadership role with flexibility for up to two remote days per week after onboarding and integration.
