This full-time role offers a base pay of $15.50/hr plus uncapped profit share and tips, with average earnings of $22-$27/hr. Responsibilities include driving company trucks, performing on-the-spot estimates, closing sales, removing items, and disposing of junk responsibly, while staying active and lifting up to 50 lbs. The company provides paid training in sales, customer service, and brand representation, with opportunities for career growth into management.
