1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking outgoing, dependable individuals with customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience for a full-time Customer Service & Sales Team Member role. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer experiences, explaining services and pricing, identifying sales opportunities, removing unwanted items, and representing the brand professionally. Compensation ranges from $15/hr base plus profit share and tips, averaging $20-$25/hr total. The role requires physical stamina (lifting 50+ lbs), a valid driver's license, and being 21+ years old. Opportunities for overtime, paid training, and advancement into sales, leadership, and operations are offered.

    • What We Are Looking For:

  • Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred

  • Valid drivers license
  • Must be 21 years old or above (Insurance)

    • Full-time | 5 days/week | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
