Role summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking organized, independent, and personable individuals to work as Legal Process Servers. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn competitive wages by delivering legal documents nationwide. Key responsibilities include route planning, customer interaction, and utilizing a mobile app for job management. Requirements include reliable transportation, a smartphone, the ability to scan/print documents, and variable hour availability. Prior process serving experience is helpful but not required. Some states may have additional registration requirements.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance

Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app

Ability to scan and print documents

Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends

Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required

Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server

State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve

Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
