Role summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking organized, independent, and personable individuals to work as Legal Process Servers nationwide. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your workload and service areas. You will be responsible for delivering legal documents, planning routes, and interacting with clients. Requirements include reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, insurance, a smartphone, and the ability to use a mobile app for job management and payment tracking. Experience in process serving is helpful but not required. Some states may have specific registration or age requirements.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance

Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app

Ability to scan and print documents

Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends

Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required

Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server

State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve

Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
