Seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) in Fergus Falls, MN, to join a patient-focused dental team. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, taking X-rays, patient education, maintaining a clean clinical environment, and documenting care in an EHR system. Requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited dental assisting course, active MN LDA credential, DANB certification, and current CPR (BLS) certification.     • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.
  • Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.
  • Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.

    • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course.
  • Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential.
  • DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks.
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
