Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented CRNA for a non-call, elective case position at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with 8 weeks off, $350,000 annual 1099 compensation, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The position involves practicing independently within a team model, primarily focusing on GI and Dental cases, with occasional Peds ENT. Candidates must be Board Certified Eligible and comfortable obtaining Oklahoma licensure. The role emphasizes clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy within a growing two-hospital system.

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital, offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites.

Position Highlights:

  • $350,000 annually (1099) for a Non-Call spot
  • 8 Weeks Off
  • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500
  • Team Model: CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily
  • Cases: all elective cases! Mainly GI and Dental Peds, with very occasional Peds ENT case.
  • Out of grid compensation
  • 1 spot left on the team!

    • Qualifications:

  • Board Certified
  • Eligible for Oklahoma licensure
  • Comfortable practicing independently in a team-based environment
