Role summary

Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This 1099 contract position offers a competitive salary of $410,000 with 10 weeks off annually. The role is CRNA-only, allowing for significant autonomy. The anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily. Call is 1:6, taken from home with a post-call day off. The case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gen, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology. New graduates are welcome. Relocation assistance is available.

  • Pratt is situated in Southern Central Kansas only 1.5 hours from Wichita and a little over 1 hour from Dodge City. It’s known for its family-friendly feel, affordable cost of living and preservation of western history.
