This is a Bilingual Manager in Training/Sales Representative role focused on customer interaction and sales. You will guide customers through financial solutions by understanding their needs, asking questions, and overcoming objections. The role requires resilience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, with opportunities for fast-track advancement and ongoing coaching. Compensation includes an hourly rate with monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires a 40-hour work week, including Saturdays, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

asking direct questions

handling hesitation or rejection

making outbound calls

staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

$15.00 - $16.88/hr.

Preferred Experience

Customer service, sales, or collections experience• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person• Strong communication skills• Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings

Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License

Fluent in English and Spanish
