Hello Heart is seeking a Finance Manager of Revenue and Billing for a temp-to-hire position. This role will lead daily billing, customer invoicing, and revenue processes, ensuring accuracy and security. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, managing billing and collections, handling invoices and revenue entries, leading monthly close tasks (including ASC 606 revenue accounting), and partnering with external auditors. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years of experience in billing, collections, and revenue management, and proficiency with NetSuite, advanced Excel, and claims billing. Experience with AI tools is preferred. The role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
Hello Heart is looking for a Finance Manager of Revenue and Billing to join our team. In this role, you will lead our daily billing, customer invoicing, and revenue processes. You will work closely with teams across the company to make sure our accounting runs smoothly, accurately, and securely.
This is a temp to hire position with the hope to convert to full time employment. This position will get benefits and be a W2 employee.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 to $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
