Position Summary

We are expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Virtual Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will help clients organize the moving pieces of their vacations, from initial research and selections to reservations and pre-departure details.

You may support travelers planning cruises, all-inclusive stays, family trips, romantic escapes, group vacations, tours, and international experiences. This is a beginner-friendly opportunity, and previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and professional resources are provided.

What You Will Do

Gather client information including destinations, dates, preferences, and budget
Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
Compare available choices based on client requests
Assist with arranging selected services through approved supplier resources
Coordinate reservation details and keep important information organized
Prepare confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information
Monitor deadlines and follow up when additional information or decisions are needed
Verify traveler information and booking details for accuracy
Keep clients updated throughout the planning and preparation process
Respond to routine questions and assist with reservation updates
Maintain accurate electronic records of client communications and arrangements
Continue learning about destinations, supplier products, and current vacation opportunities

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage several tasks and follow-ups effectively
Comfortable conducting research using online resources
Able to work independently in a virtual environment
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
Willingness to learn booking systems and digital tools
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying countries
