Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Louisville, KY, to offer personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance, and life insurance, retirement, and educator-focused solutions through Horace Mann. This role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, dedicated service support, and an exclusive territory. Success requires strong sales, business management, and interpersonal skills, with a preference for 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services, and relevant licenses.

What We're Looking For

Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills to build and manage your agency

2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)

Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

Property and Casualty Insurance License

Life and Health Insurance License

Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
