Role summary
Keeley Construction is seeking a Summer 2027 Business Optimization Intern to assist in evaluating business processes and identifying improvements using technology and AI. The intern will support the development and implementation of AI tools, build dashboards for business insights, analyze data to identify trends and recommendations, and participate in optimization projects. Responsibilities include conducting process audits, gathering requirements, and presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership. This role requires an interest in AI, business process improvement, automation, and data analytics, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Keeley Construction is looking for a Business Optimization Intern to join our team in Summer 2027.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through technology and AI solutions.
Support the development and implementation of AI-powered tools, workflows, and programs to streamline operations.
Build and maintain dashboards that provide meaningful business insights using company data.
Analyze data from various systems and data lakes to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
Participate in business optimization projects focused on automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Conduct process audits and recommend improvements using technology, analytics, and AI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to team members and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
