Lankenau Medical Center - Emergency Department is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist to be a first point of contact for patients. This role involves collecting accurate patient data, providing empathetic customer service, and explaining financial responsibilities and services. The specialist will interact with various internal departments, physician offices, and the public. The position offers opportunities for career development, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. The shift is Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11 PM, with every other weekend rotation.

Shift: 2:30PM-11PM (Monday-Friday w/ every other weekend)
Experience:
Required:
2+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.
Education:
High school diploma preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
