Menards is seeking motivated individuals for their full-time, paid Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. This hands-on training program prepares participants for management roles within Menards' promote-from-within culture. Responsibilities include developing an understanding of the business and gaining experience in team leadership and customer service. A business-related degree or leadership experience is preferred.
