Role summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator II for their Fulfillment team in Cary, NC. This role involves operating Turret style Forklifts and Swing Rich Trucks to safely and efficiently move materials within the warehouse and production areas. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, staging inventory, performing equipment inspections, and assisting with shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, a minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. This is an onsite, day shift position with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Forklift Operator

Join Millennium Print Group as a Forklift Operator for our Reach Turret Forklifts.

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Fulfillment team on our Swing Reach Trucks. If you're committed to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to help support the movement of products and materials at the world's largest trading card printer.

Location: Cary, NCSchedule: Onsite Day Shift 7am - 7pm on a 2,2,3,2 rotationPay & Benefits: Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + comprehensive benefits package

What You'll Do

Operate Turret style Forklifts / Swing Rich Trucks and other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks and trailers.

Transport materials between warehouse and production areas.

Stage materials and inventory to support manufacturing operations.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

Secure loads using approved strapping and bracing methods.

Assist with shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and inventory movement.

Maintain safe and organized work areas.

Support operational goals through accurate and timely material handling.

Follow all safety, quality, security, and company procedures.

What You'll Bring

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.

Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Understanding of OSHA safety practices related to powered industrial trucks.

Strong attention to detail and equipment awareness.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Basic computer and system skills.
