Role summary

High Focus Centers in Cherry Hill is seeking a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LAC) for a full-time, in-person outpatient role. The Assessment Counselor will assess client needs, develop initial treatment plans, provide individual therapy and group facilitation, and connect clients with appropriate care and community resources. This position offers a salary of $57,000–$60,000 per year and a collaborative team environment focused on helping individuals improve their mental health. High Focus Centers in Cherry Hill is looking for a compassionate Assessment Counselor to join our behavioral healthcare team and help individuals take the next step toward better mental health.

In this role, you'll use your clinical skills to assess client needs, develop initial treatment plans, provide brief individual therapy, facilitate groups, and connect clients with the right level of care and community resources.
