CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Part-Time

COMPENSATION: $12.00 Per Hour

BENEFITS:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Cleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.
