Role summary
Renuity is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee residential home improvement projects. This role involves scheduling and directing installation crews, supervising performance, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of residential construction experience and 3+ years of management experience, with knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites, and CRM tools like i360 or Salesforce. This is an onsite, full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

About the Role
Schedule and direct installation crews on new installations and service calls.
Supervise crews, assess performance, oversee worker productivity, and ensure proper compliance with health and safety codes.
Process documentation for new/completed jobs and deliver completed job folders to Scheduling Coordinator.
Address and solve installation and service issues, timely and professionally, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
6+ years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience.
3+ years of previous management or crew supervision experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.
Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).
Valid drivers license.
