SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in New York City. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis intervention and timely documentation. Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
