Role summary
Zotec Partners is seeking a remote Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications, update client and physician documentation, and communicate credentialing-related claims issues. The role requires 2+ years of payer enrollment experience, proficiency in medical billing documentation analysis, strong communication and critical thinking skills, and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment and CredentialStream software is highly preferred. This position emphasizes attention to detail, workflow prioritization, and contributing to Zotec's mission of simplifying the business of healthcare.

We’re seeking a remote Provider Enrollment Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for the timely completion of complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications
- Update and maintain all necessary documents for assigned clients and physicians
- Proficiently communicate credentialing related claims issues to client service managers, clients and providers
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 or more years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus
- Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment
- CredentialStream software experience highly preferred
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data
- Proficient in conveying ideas effectively, both written and verbally
- Skilled at identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions
- Capable of prioritizing work flow and able to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
