Role summary

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in the Greater Jacksonville area. This commission-only role offers significant earning potential with competitive compensation plans, equity, and multiple revenue streams. The company provides extensive support, including high-quality seller appointments through the Orchard Max program, free marketing campaigns, AI-assisted nurturing, and innovative client products like Orchard Move First and Orchard Cash Offer. Agents will benefit from coaching, transaction coordination, and mortgage/title advantages. The ideal candidate possesses an active FL real estate license, at least 4 closed transactions in the past year, strong sales and communication skills, technological proficiency, and a passion for customer experience.

Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months

An active and unrestricted FL real estate license and are located in the Greater Jacksonville area

Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers

An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business

Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule

An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly

Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral

A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
