About This Team
Reporting to the Manager of Product Analytics and Reporting, this role requires a versatile and highly skilled analyst with strong analytical expertise. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders within the product organization to understand complex questions and leverage data to derive actionable insights. The analyst will work with technical teams to guide the design and implementation of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Deliverables include Power BI reports, written analyses, stakeholder presentations, and other data-driven products tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of seeing the bigger picture. Effective teamwork and clear communication are essential, as this position plays a vital role in supporting the entire product organization through data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • College certificates in data analysis or related disciplines.
  • Portfolio, blog, vlog, or other evidence of data analysis work.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a fashion retail environment.
  • Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Self-directed problem solver, proactive, and resourceful in approach.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of team processes and workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, applying specialized skills to address complex challenges and mentor junior analysts by sharing best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Present and communicate analytical findings and deliverables to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a technical lead for new initiatives, focusing on features that introduce innovations, reduce technical debt, or optimize existing systems.
  • Participate actively in project design discussions, often taking on leadership roles in smaller projects.
  • Ensure project designs adhere to industry standards and best practices in technology and analytics.
  • Collaborate with team leads to implement core best practices around security, quality, and reliability, including monitoring metric trends and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and deployment of new applications and systems.
