About The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a pivotal analytical leader responsible for shaping how the company measures performance, interprets growth levers, and drives strategic decision-making through actionable insights. Your role involves designing robust analytical frameworks, developing and maintaining scalable data models, and supporting product and business priorities—particularly in acquisition and customer lifecycle analysis. Your work will directly influence growth marketing strategies by optimizing campaign performance, driving conversion through A/B testing, and enhancing customer segmentation via attribution and media mix modeling.
You will act as a technical expert and end-to-end owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, data models, and measurement methodologies. Your expertise will help evaluate ROI across various acquisition channels, refine performance metrics, and develop advanced attribution models such as multi-touch attribution and media mix models. Additionally, you will lead the development of automated dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering—to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Your insights will empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that align with the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data roles, with a proven track record in analytics and data modeling
  • Strong SQL skills, capable of writing, reviewing, and optimizing queries for performance
  • Advanced expertise in DBT for data modeling and orchestration
  • Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Deep understanding of marketing business domains, including multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix models (MMM)
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing metrics, platforms, and APIs such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical expert and owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, data models, and measurement methodologies
  • Build, maintain, and interpret acquisition measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, Markov Chain models, and other channel performance metrics
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments for product features, marketing campaigns, and user experience optimizations
  • Evaluate ROI across paid and organic acquisition channels, continuously refining performance metrics
  • Develop, maintain, and scale in-house multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and media mix models (MMM)
  • Identify key audience segments within our customer base using metrics such as lifetime value (LTV), cross-sell percentage, etc.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of DBT data models and orchestrations, ensuring accuracy, modularity, and performance optimization
  • Create automated, self-serve dashboards and reporting solutions to empower stakeholders with real-time insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and interpret results for diverse audiences
