About The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a vital analytical leader within our organization, responsible for shaping how we measure performance, interpret growth drivers, and inform strategic decision-making through actionable insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing robust analytical frameworks, developing scalable data models, and supporting key product and business initiatives, especially in the areas of acquisition and customer lifecycle analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering to translate complex business questions into effective analytical solutions. Your work will directly influence marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and enhance customer segmentation efforts through sophisticated attribution models and media mix modeling. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead data-driven initiatives that drive growth and improve overall business performance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, review, and optimize complex queries for performance
- Advanced expertise in DBT for data modeling and orchestration
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix models (MMM)
- Experience working with marketing platforms and APIs such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Knowledge of statistical experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, and measurement methodologies
- Build and maintain acquisition measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution and advanced attribution models
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments for product features and marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and optimize ROI across paid and organic acquisition channels, refining performance metrics over time
- Develop, maintain, and scale in-house media mix models and multi-touch attribution models
- Identify key audience segments based on metrics such as lifetime value and cross-sell percentages
- Lead the development and management of DBT data models and orchestrations, ensuring data accuracy and performance
- Create automated dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to enable stakeholders to explore key metrics independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and interpret results effectively
