About The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a pivotal analytical leader within our organization, entrusted with shaping the way we measure performance, interpret growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust analytical frameworks, developing scalable data models, and supporting key product and business initiatives. The role focuses heavily on acquisition and customer lifecycle analysis, enabling us to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate complex business questions into actionable insights. Your work will directly influence our growth marketing efforts, including campaign optimization, conversion rate improvements, and customer segmentation through attribution and media modeling. The position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical projects, develop innovative measurement methodologies, and contribute to the company's data-driven culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, review, and optimize complex queries
- Expertise in DBT for data modeling and orchestration
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix models (MMM)
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and APIs such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Knowledge of statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert and owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, and measurement methodologies
- Build, maintain, and interpret acquisition measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution and advanced channel performance metrics
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments for product features, marketing campaigns, and user experience optimizations
- Evaluate ROI across paid and organic acquisition channels and continuously refine performance metrics
- Develop and scale in-house media mix models and multi-touch attribution models to improve marketing effectiveness
- Identify key customer segments based on metrics such as lifetime value (LTV) and cross-sell percentages
- Lead the development and maintenance of DBT data models and orchestrations, ensuring accuracy and performance
- Create automated, self-serve dashboards and reports to empower stakeholders with real-time insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and interpret findings for technical and non-technical audiences
